Vincles is our actuarial and financial consultancy service within the Crèdit Andorrà Group. As an additional service to the actuarial consultancy, this service designs, introduces and manages social welfare plans.
The aim is to provide additional products with services tailored specifically to the needs of each client, whether these are public or private companies.
- In the actuarial consultancy, there is a comprehensive outsourcing service managed by an insurance unit, geared towards companies involved in insurance, mutual insurance (medical and welfare), etc.
- Within the private social welfare plans, a set of rights and duties are set down between the company and its employees, based on economic agreements as regards retirement, death and disability.
