CSR Policy
At Andorra Credit Group we understand sustainability as the commitment to integrate our stakeholders’ social and environmental concerns and expectations as a strategic value, presenting quality services and acting responsibly within society and the environment.
For us, leadership is linked to sustainable development. Therefore, our social responsibility policy entails not only financial but social and environmental management to be sustainable.
We believe that good business practices are essential and form an integral part of our business. Its fundamental basis is ethical management, which implicitly includes respect for human rights. Our corporate culture and philosophy reflect the commitment to customers, the country, the internal team and the society around us.
Since 2003 we have developed a Social Responsibility strategy and action plan with specific initiatives to be employed. In each of the areas of Andorra Credit Group’s business, we need a high level of involvement and relationship with customers and society in general, we take an active role in their development and progress.

- In caring for the environment:
We apply an environmental management system which is continuously improved to address the environmental impacts that can generate and save resources and reduce waste in accordance with ISO 14001:2004.
- In the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility:
Our CSR policy, our environmental management system and strategic Social Responsibility following the premises of the European Union Green Paper and the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
