Credit Andorra Chair – IESE
The IESE Crèdit Andorrà Chair of Markets, Organizations and Humanism, was created in 2006 with the aim of promoting relations between the business and university spheres, sharing experiences and ideas to contribute to the progress of society.
With this Chair, we want to improve the understanding of markets and organisations, understood as methods of coordinating human activity. Therefore, the department is working to connect the academic perspective with the reality of the company, to promote study, research and the social responsibility of companies and corporate governance. Our commitment to this objective is a way of working for the implementation of social responsibility in the broadest sense, but in particular, promoting the training of people.
Based on a humanist vision of the company, the department broadens knowledge about the reality of companies’ situations, to identify shortcomings and seek ways to improve. It is directed by Professor Jose Maria Rosanas.
IESE Business School is specialised in the ongoing training of managers and companies, guaranteeing the quality of these studies.
Under the Crèdit Andorrà Chair of Markets, Organizations and Humanism, several initiatives are being developed in which enterprises, institutions and society in general are able to participate. See the Smallstates Web to view an example.
